Gerry "Fitz" Fitzgerald (Robert Pastorelli), a psychologist working with the LAPD, doesn't fit the typical stereotype of a psychologist. He's a heavy drinker, a gambler, and wanders from his marital bed. He says exactly what's on his brilliant mind.
